해외로 수출하고 있는 프리미엄 표고버섯 백송고는 '생버섯, 건버섯, 버섯분말, 버섯 차, 버섯장아찌' 등 버섯을 이용한 가공 식품을 개발하고 있습니다. 이 외에도 건버섯은 물론 학교 및 공공기관에서 학생 교육 및 어르신 교육으로도 활용할 수 있는 '표고버섯 키우기 배지'를 판매하고 있습니다.
코로나의 여파로 집안에서 지내야했던 초반에 각 가정에서 부모님이 아이들과 부모님을 위한 작은 위로의 취미를 시작으로 온라인 매출에 힘을 얻어 억 매출 달성에 성공한 아이템을 개발하기도 했습니다.
이 모든 것은 버섯을 친숙하면서도 쉽게 접할 수 있게 하기 위한 발판이였고 현재도 사업의 경영 목표이기도 합니다. 버섯과 친해지고 쉽게 접할 수 있는 그 날까지 항상 최선을 다하겠습니다.
